Returns
We accept return requests within [7/14] days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging, with tags, accessories, and any free gifts included
- Accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase
To request a return, contact us at info@ganeshfurniture.in with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items
- Customised or personalised products
- Perishable goods
- Hygiene-sensitive items after the seal or packaging has been opened
- Gift cards and digital/downloadable products
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours / 7 days of delivery at info@ganeshfurniture.in
Please include clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and invoice where possible. We will review the request and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable / refundable only when the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Return shipping

We provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns within location/service area.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Ganesh Furniture is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@ganeshfurniture.in with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can only be handled under this Returns Policy.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items / size or colour changes, subject to availability. Contact us at info@ganeshfurniture.in to request an exchange.
